I officially hate my computer. Actually that's not true. We've had a lover's quarrel going on for a full year now. It doesn't appear to want to do ANYTHING I want it to do and it deleted my last entry which took forever to get the pictures in and now it won't add any more pictures. I'm just a tad frustrated at the moment.
Today was tiring! First we walked a mile to Brian's job then a mile to my job. Brian works in one of the House office buildings. He works for Tammy Baldwin from somewhere I don't remember. My office is on the Georgetown Law campus which is small, but really nice! It will be cool to be surrounded by college students. We had lunch at an incredibly overpriced deli (see a trend? I will be opening up a relief fund to help me eat until December if you wish to donate. Details to follow). Then we met up with Abbi. A new cupcakery (they make cupcakes if you didn't get that) just opened by her work so we each got a $3 cupcake and coffee and she was kind enough to buy. Brian went home and I went to Payless. I forgot/lost my tennis shoes. There is a gym connected to my office building so I hope that it's not just for students because I really want to join!
I met our other neighbor upstairs when I was taking out the trash. I guess they will only be there until the end of October. He works for NPR and seems like a pretty cool guy-- only 23! I hope I'm that successful at 23!
Tomorrow I have to be up at 7 for orientation. Yuck. Here are some pictures (well, as many as my *&!#@ would let me upload) of our lovely home.

The bedroom. I'm taking it for now and then we are switching halfway through.

The other half of the bedroom. That's the door to the bathroom-- it's a walk through.

The bathroom if you couldn't tell. You have to see the sink! It's massive!

The front door, bedroom and bathroom and laundry are down that hall.

Part of the kitchen which contains two of my favorite parts of our place- the dishwasher and coffee maker.
